The tank monitoring system is very helpful as we are not full time residents. We find the office staff efficient and personable, and the auto billing and payment system is very convenient.

Install guys were on time, respectful and explained everything. Second guy that came to fill the tank was very nice. Prices are the lowest we have found. Tanks look new. Only issue which is minor is on initial call was told we would receive a call back within 24hrs, we waited 48 then called back and everything was fine. Not a huge deal at all. Would recommend 10/10

All of the staff I have dealt with are wonderful. In the field and in the office. In the field, Ryan Rockwell is a huge asset to Superior. He is very accommodating and knowledgeable. In the office, Colleen and Judy are very professional and couldn't be any more helpful. Each individual working at the local St. Johnsville office are a delight and pleasure to deal with. They are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions or concerns. Coleen and Janet are awesome to deal with in the office, and Matt and Murr, the two drivers/technicians that I’ve interacted with, are very helpful. Amazing crew at this local office.
