I like that the products are available and are usually able to get them to you right away. Customer service does try to get right back to you after a problem or dispute. They do their best to solve problems and correct them immediately.

I love Superior Plus Propane. The service is awesome . When I have ever had a question the girls in the office have been fantastic & have given me a answer right away. I'm 76 & the delivery man has even helped me walk across my driveway. I really think all the people that work there are fantastic .
I like the monitoring service that Superior Plus has on my propane tanks. I do not have to worry about checking the gages myself especially in the snowy weather. Also. I like how it is convenient to pay online.

Always very friendly and helpful. My fuel is always delivered on time and sometimes earlier in the day than they tell me. I wouldn't go through any other company for my heating fuel and propane.
