I love that I NEVER have to deal with an automated system. I always get to speak to a human - I think it's crucial when your dealing with a major service to your home to always speak to someone who knows your account history. The people that answer the phones at Griffith are the major reason why I continue with your company. They are always nice and they always treat me with dignity and respect even though I have to pay cod and usually only get deliveries when I'm COMPLETELY out of fuel. I would never switch companies just on that factor alone.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT I CAN PUT A PRICE FREEZE ON THE PROPANE UNTIL MAY BEFORE IT GOES UP BUT I WISH I KNEW THAT THE FIRST FEW YEARS WHEN I STARTED YOUR SERVICE. I HEARD ABOUT IT LAST YEAR WHEN I CALLED ABOUT SOMETHING. ALSO THE FIRST YEAR I RAN OUT OF FUEL TWICE IN THE WINTER DURING THE COLDEST TIMES WE HAD AND FROZE FOR TWO WEEKENDS BECAUSE I DIDN'T FIND ANY EMERGENCY NUMBER AND THANKFULLY IT WAS CORRECTED BY MAKING STOPS MORE OFTEN IN THE WINTER. PROBLEMS GET SOLVED FAIRLY QUICKLY SINCE THEN OF WHICH I APPRECIATE. ALL IN ALL I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. THE PEOPLE I'VE TALKED TO HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.
