I don't smell gas in the air after the delivery person visits - I think this is partly because you gave me new equipment rather than old rusty equipment. Perhaps the delivery person is more careful.

Good service
I like the fact that the local office is just that.LOCAL! The folks that work there are good neighbors, some I have known for 20+ years. Someone local always answers the phone, questions are answered promptly, and if they do not know the answer they find out and contact me with the answer. The only service I use is Propane, delivery is always on time, and filling 20# or 30 # cylinders is simple, drop it off and pick it up later, it is always full when I come back to pick it up, if it is not filled while I am there. Some of my neighbors get propane cheaper, but I do not think they get the prompt service that we experience.
