After being with your company for over 11 years and a widow, I still pay the highest price around the area. My service man is great but at $3.15 a gallon and it's cash and carry, I would prefer to be on a balance plan for a lot less per gallon. I have been pricing other companies to make a possible switch. I would reduce the service for a much less price closer to the $2.25 other people in my immediate area pay.

I loved the meticulous job your guys did (Nic and Robert) in assessing my needs and my current set-up and then in installing my first tank. I love your low rate on the first fill (and the fact that your guys were careful to inform me that subsequent fills would be at market rate...). The guy who did the first fill was very good, too. Everyone was friendly and super-competent. My contractor, when he saw the way the tank had been installed, was very impressed by how incredibly level it was (Rob had spent a lot of time setting it up...). So far so good! Jackie
