The delivery folks are really friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate and trust them. The admin folks are nice and helpful but I find that it takes several calls to address a concern on the business account I manage, but with my residential account they have been great.
I was impressed. I called to order, very very low on propane and colder weather coming. They delivered the next day. No gouging surcharge, just quick delivery easing my worries. Thank you!
