I am a new customer and I am inexperienced using propane as a fuel source. We were shocked that we ran out of fuel this past Saturday night. I called the emergency number, and even though it’s took several minutes for it to be answered, I had an gentleman show up in less than an hour with 8 gallons to tide us over to Monday. He was very pleasant even though we disturbed his weekend evening. We were thankful for the immediate service and rescue!

We are contract customers. We pay a year in advance. The great thing about this is that we can lock in a purchase price for a year, and not have to worry about price fluctuations. We get deliveries on an advance schedule basis, so we never have to think about running out of propane. If we have questions or concerns, they have always been dealt with in a customer
friendly manner, and dealt with promptly. We are truly satisfied customers.
