The delivery man is always so good about getting to the tanks we have (in a very inaccessible spot). I always try to have someone make sure there is not an overgrown path or a huge snowdrift in his way, but many times we are unable to clear the way. He deserves a raise!
I'm also impressed with the office staff who take my phone calls when I call to pay by credit card. They have become my friends, concerned about our well-being and always cheerful and positive.

It's the fact that for the 17+ years we've lived here, we have never had to call Warner's for a gas delivery, and we've never run out. They're on it. All year, regardless of the weather or our usage. And, whenever we've needed their service expertise for installing a generator, running a line to a gas grill, checking/repairing our gas fireplace, we make the call, and they make the service visit and address our needs first time out.
We've very happy with Werner's Gas Service, from the office folks, to the delivery folks and Technicians. It's a one stop business for us, and total satisfaction.

They keep good track of our usage and needs, we have never been without gas. We have used them for 29 years, first in Vestal, NY, and now in Brackney PA. Any time we have had to contact them with a problem or request, they have been very responsive and always courteous.
