Local availability. Whenever there is an issue, the local office is nearby and glad to help.
They are friendly and responsive. They are a hometown company that works for a larger one. However, it is frustrating that I have to go in every year to fix my bill once the pre-buy calendar is up. Specifically, it ended on 4/30 this year and they delivered on 5/10. Obviously 95% of what was used was from before 4/30 but they still charge me $1.10 more per gallon. I know they will fix this, but that is a hassle.
