I have been with this company for years and extremely impressed with Clair who works in Warners office in the Vestal,N.Y. Area. She has been the most helpful individual I have met. She is always there when you need something clarified, delivered, and just plain Customer Service which we do not see much of anymore. I always enjoy her smiling face no matter what goes on.
I never have to worry about deliveries, service or paying my bills as Warner Gas takes care of everything automatically. They are always on time, have an excellent delivery crew and will notify me of any upcoming deals. I like the fact that I can prepay my propane yearly which saves me a lot of money. I've been using Warner Gas Service for years and are very pleased with everything they have to offer.
We lost power and didn't know how long the generator would need to run or how long our supply of LP would last. Our scheduled delivery wasn't for 2 weeks but Warner's Gas moved the date up so our anxiety was calmed
