After a few initial glitches several years ago, we have not run out of fuel oil, as your auto delivery service stays on top of our usage.

I stay with Superior because Vera in the Cortland office is the best customer service rep. I have built a business relationship with her as she is very pleasant & does her best to accommodate my needs. If it were not for her I would shop around due the high price per gallon that your business charges. Right now E&V is less expensive but last time I had any dealings with that office the woman was always business only & she had no regard for the customer & I also spoke with their headquarters & the man I spoke to was very unfriendly & condescending. It was some time ago but that left me with a bad feeling.So that is why I am with your company, for quite some time now. You are very fortunate to have such a caring employee not only for the company but for the customer. I thank you for reaching out.

All requests, problems and questions are handled professionally. They are reliable, never letting me run out of fuel oil or propane. And problems are handled and corrected quickly.
