I really like Superior Plus because of their customer service. I am able to contact them in a multiple of ways. They are always responsive, professional, and courteous. I live in a very rural area and I have no problem getting deliveries in a reasonable timeframe.

Well I can say that I don't like the price of home heating oil but the people there have always been extremely helpful and considerate.

If I need you to come you are always there. Sence I have been on regular delivery I never have to call you. I also like to be on the budget plan

Other than an occasional delivery where the delivery man walks thru our flowerbed and climbs over a stone wall rather than going on the walk around the bed and up five steps to get to our tank fill, I think your service is great. My dealings with customer service people have always been great.
