Well, it's certainly not the "simplicity" of your pricing and billing policies. However, all the Superior staff with whom I've interacted, either over the phone or, just this week, at the fill head of my tank when I received my first routine follow up "top off", have been very pleasant, patient, and helpful, easing my anxiety about how exposed I might be financially to the "automatic refill" arrangement. I have the stress and headaches of maintain a floating household ship in frothy and stormy month-to-month budget seas, so the personal touch here helps greatly.

Am I still registered to get discount pricing since I'm a member of credit union??? The reason I'm asking is because I thought the price charged was on the high side compared to what a friend told me.

We don't have to worry if you will keep our tanks full.

You are invisable. Fuel arrives, is available when I need it. I only have to pay the bill.

I get my home hearing oil delivered and have auto fill delivery so I don't have to call every time I need fuel works good for me when I go south for most of the winter.
