Your pricing is very good, and we appreciate your discount through the Sullivan Trail Rod & Gun Club. I would have given you a 10, but when your truck arrived to deliver propane, our boiler had shut down due to low fuel (not enough pressure). The driver was willing to take a look at the boiler--turned it off and then turned it on, and it fired off. He told me it was not igniting because the pressure was too low due to being nearly out of fuel. In the past, your calculations of when to deliver were very good. However, we had had quite a bit of very cold weather, and we apparently used more fuel than last year (last year was a lot warmer). We had not been out to check the level on the tank in quite awhile, so did not realize it was so low. My husband was not at home at the time I discovered that the boiler had quit working, so I was very thankful for our delivery driver (Simon) coming in to check the heating system. Fortunately, it was a simple fix. I certainly hope this problem does not repeat.
Everyone I have talked to has been friendly and helpful. Since I grew up in the community where this company started it is nice to know that there is still a friendly small town feel to it.

2. Tina Trent is very professional, trustworthy, and helpful. She is one of the reasons that I have stayed with Griffith for 21+ years. If she does not know the answer to my questions, she will research and/or put me in touch with an expert at Griffith (example - pro's & con's of switching our old oil furnace to propane).

Usually my deliveries are on time and I don't have to worry about running out of propane.
This last delivery was delayed by the fact that the computer didn't run the ticket til after the driver had left for my area. I was down to about 7% and you had to send a special delivery out. That was awkward for all of us...
Is there a way that the tickets can be issued overnight or the day before so this doesn't happen again to someone else?
I like the budget plan that spreads my fuel bill over the year. I also love the automatic refill: I never have to worry about running out of fuel.
