Superior was very help and timely when we noticed a small leak in an oven we own. The tech was complete in his inspection. After replacement of the appliance a time was scheduled to re-check the connections and the service tech was on time and thorough in his work. We experienced great service from Superior with this incident.

The delivery service and propane quality is all good and I would highly recommend your product and services, BUT my complaint is a personal pet-peeve.... In the past, the delivery driver would print out the delivery ticket AND a bill that would be handed to me or left in an envelope on the door. That was good so I had the option to pay at my convenience or as early as I was able.
The delivery driver for awhile now no longer leaves a bill or amount that would be paid for what he put in the tank; only the delivery slip with the amount and other tank information/details. That would be fine BUT for one issue...There is the option to have a discount amount deducted from the total if paid before a certain date (not sure the number of days of that discounted total off hand)....BUT, there is no note of the amount we can deduct on the delivery slip OR after a few days when the bill is completed and posted to our online account page. It would be fine and yes, I could pay the bill then certainly, however, that discount amount for paying more quickly is NOT listed on the on line version of the billing....Therefore I must wait until the bill comes in the mail for tht is the only place that discount is noted = "if paid by x date, you may deduct $?. So it does me no good to take advantage of the little discount because I NEVER get the paper bill until the day after or later when the discount has expired ... If the discount would be noted on the copy of the bill on line, that would eliminate my frustration/problem????

Griffith Energy (Superior Plus) service is outstanding. They are there for your Energy needs and for any type of emergency you may encounter. If you do not have a service plan I highly suggest purchasing one. It takes all the worries out of anything that may happen, you are covered.

How you keep track when I need my tanks filled. Can call an have my furnace cleaned. water tank check. Just got a new stove and the next day were here to hook it up.
