What do you like about James Sylora, MD and our office?

We have the utmost confidence in Dr. James Sylora . He has been with us every step of the way the last 14 years in treating my husband's prostate cancer. He is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Does not rush you and answers any questions that you may have. Involves the patient in medical decisions. Very professional but yet makes you feel comfortable. Dr Sylora keeps up on the latest medical breakthroughs, testing and surgical techniques and procedures related to urology. He refers you to other physicians to enhance care when needed. We highly recommend his practice.

The nurses and staff, esp. Elena, were very professional and very friendly and helpful and willing to answer my questions--- and they obviously take the lead in this professional and personal expertise from Dr. Lyon, who was his usual professional self in my examination and explaining test results, and other questions I had about the current medications I am taking---as well as an upcoming hernia surgery I'm scheduled for thanks to Dr Lyon first diagnosing that I had a hernia in my previous visit-- thank goodness he found it early! I am very happy and confident in having Dr. Mark Lyon and all his staff in my medical corner!!!

Dr Lyon is an amazing doctor who educates while he helps his patients. He has a wonderful manner of relating and is very professional.
He is the Best Doctor I have known in my 70 years of life.
His staff is exemplary for their warmth and efficiency.
He and they came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them constantly.

Dr Lyon is a great Doctor.

Areas that need improvement are as follows :

A 35 minute wait to see the Doctor in a cramped waiting room is excessive.

The waiting room is small and uncomfortable

I don’t like sitting elbow to elbow with patients waiting to the see the Doctor.
