Dr. Lyons is a nice guy. He actually called me back when I had a question about my health, which is rare today. I get the feeling that he actually cares for his patents, which is another rarity in today's medical establishment.

Would not change him for any other urologist.

The office staff always has a smile on their faces and always treat me very politely.
It’s actually a wonderful experience to have such courtesy all around and a comfortable environment.

Dr. James Sylora is a very competent physician. Years ago he saved me from a very serious physical disaster. I am privileged to have his on going care over the years. He is very competent. He zeros in on what needs to be dealt with in a both friendly and professionally competent manner. he provides the results of various tests. I come away from an appointment with him feeling time very well spent I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. James Sylora

Seems very honest and empathetic to my needs as well as my wife’s concerns of the seriousness of my condition.
However on the downside he is very difficult to reach to answer followup questions but he has a great staff in his absence .

Dr Lyon is the best! Very patient & kind. Takes the time to listen. His office can be a little hard to work with sometimes. They're not the best at getting back to you on the phone. But when I was in the office everyone was very nice.
