I am a long established patient with Dr. Sylora. He is patient, does not rush you, and thoroughly explains your condition and treatment options. Which includes both the positive and the negative for each option. He always wants patients to have options and to play a major role in the decision process. Several of my friends are doctors and are patients of Dr. Sylora's. That speaks to excellence.

I really like the doctor. The staff is just fine, I really had little interaction with them.
But the wait time for your appointment is way too long. I waited an hour 15 minutes, when I had a 10:15 appointment and appointments just began a little over an hour before at 9:00. I really think this is unreasonable.
I was in the room with the doctor barely 10 minutes.

I don't like the offices at all. It is small and old. Also almost all patients must give a urine sample before seeing the Doctor and there is no washroom within the office. It is located down the hall and is small and is not clean.
Dr. Lyon however is fantastic. He is kind, thorough and has a wonderful friendly bedside manner. I see him yearly for a cystoscopy to make sure my bladder cancer has not reoccurred.
I am thankful for his skillful surgery 7 years ago that has kept me cancer free.

Dr. Lyon was easy to talk to. I felt I could get help. The Staff was very patient and helpful.
