I liked that he explained my issues and what I need to do in a respectfully, easy to understand manner, He answered all my questions.
I was puzzled why when I checked out i was not told I owed money. When I got home, I looked at the appointment paper I was given and it said I owed money which I would have paid had I know.
It was my first time in the office and the waiting room was very congested almost to the point there were no chairs-one left at one point.

What do you like about Mark Lyon, MD and our office?

Doctor Lyon is easy to discuss health issues with and explains treatment in detail. The office staff are friendly and helpful concerned about the patients needs.
The only negative I have encountered is the patient portal used by this office for me it was unusable.
