It's not an Advocate run doctor office. They are cold and uncaring.
Dr. Defranco and the staff is great. Friendly, answers any questions. This is how a doctors office should run, plus Dr. Defranco had me as a patient for years.

Everybody was very nice and made you feel comfortable for it being my first time there. There was a lot of people in the waiting area and I thought I was gonna be there a long time. There must be more then 1 doctor there because I was in and out with in 40 minutes or less. The main thing I didn't feel rushed by Dr Defranco. Like, most doctors these days.
