I like Dr. Kim very much. I am not overly fond of how the rest of the office operates. Other than Dr. Kim who is very friendly and kind, the other members of the staff aren't particularly friendly. Kindness and helpfulness does not seem to be a priority. Private conversations and laughing among coworkers in front of patients is cofusing for the patient and makes it seem that the patient is nothing more than something the office workers need to tolerate. As much as I like Dr. Kim, I have often thought about going to a different doctor simply because of the unfriendliness and rudeness of many of the staff at this office.

he’s very straight forward explains everything so I can understand my condition and the methods to proceed with care. Dr. User is empathetic and knowledgeable with my medical history and treats all my needs to include being in contact with my other doctors.
The care team again is caring and knowledgeable, explaining exactly what is needed for tests etc… Great practice.

I only see Dr. Ike once a year but he will always ask how I'm doing, how is the family doing. When you answer him, he truly listens. I get the feeling that he cares deeply about his patients. I am fortunate to have a doctor like him.

All staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Dr. Herbert User is my father’s oncologist, and I am deeply grateful for his care.
