The entire staff was very friendly. As soon as I walked in the front door, I was greeted by the staff. Dr. Alvarado's nurse was very friendly. Dr. Alvarado was exactly the kind of physician I was looking for when I moved from VA to FL. She was very caring, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Joseph has been a wonderful addition to my healthcare. She actually was responsible for saving my eyesight. Her quick decision to refer me to a specialist resulted in the removal of a tumor on my pituitary gland that was stretching my optic nerve. Since then, she has been monitoring the health of my wife and I as our family doctor. I give Dr. Joseph my full trust and my highest recommendation.

Very welcoming! Having staff who greet you with a smile is extremely important. Angela, Kristina, Shakura and Shana mirror the warmth of Dr. Alvarado. Because of this, we recommended this practice to our daughter Megan Kennedy and her family, reside a mile from us. My daughter said she is going to transfer her healthcare to this practice.

The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Joseph is very attentive and listens to any issues I may have. She explains everything thoroughly in terms of lab results, any changes in medication or any referrals that she feels that need to be done.

Staff was friendly and helpful with a smile. Doctor Joseph was friendly and full of questions and suggestions. Wanted blood work and unfortunately they do not have a person to take your blood work. I am going to Quest and an early appointment is not available for 2 weeks. I have to fast .
