What do you like about our office?

I love the "down to earth" family friendly staff of this office. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I welcome the new faces but I sure do miss Jen! I highly recommend everyone I hear looking for a new doctor to this office. I've got my family with grandchildren going there and am trying to get other sons there as well. Aside from the office staff, I love, love, love Barbara Austin! She's a big reason why we started going there. My family has followed her for years and will continue as long as she's still at it!! My grandsons did physicals with Dr. Shriver a couple weeks ago and they really like him as well. His attentiveness and knowledge were awesome! He was very patient with two rambunctious little ones! The only thing I don't like is the drive as I don't live close by. So, I usually make my appointments late morning where I can shop and lunch while in the area! So, it's not that bad! I highly recommend any family looking for a new doctor as this office is second to none!! AAA+++

They care and reach out to you. Mrs Austin takes time to listen and is openly concerned. We are dealing with Covid and she went out of her way to get an Appt. Scheduled for my mom for the infusion. The nurse there called 3 times a day to make sure we were ok. Her name was Jen. Yes I would highly recommend Black Creek Baptist Primary Care

The patient care with the utmost personal relationship with the doctors and staff. Always spends the time with you and relay gets to know not just about the medical side but personally as well. Wouldn’t consider changing doctors as they are #1!

Doctor Jansen displays confidence and concern. He is reminds me of the family doctors of the past that considered patients as individuals worthy of his time and attention.
