Very caring and try to work an appointment in ASAP at either locations. Very organized and did enjoy talking directly to the vet. He took the token to go outside snd explain everything and if you didn’t understand or had other questions he was there to answer them. None of the other vet offices that is doing the outside checking do that it’s either a tech calling you back or a tech coming to the car. That’s fine but if you have a question that the dr has to answer they have to go in and get answer snd come back out. This office just had it more efficient.

Promptness! I have only been coming for a year or so but the 3 times I have been there I've only waited no more than 10 minutes. At my previous dr. it was sometimes an hour or more!
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will be glad when bloodwork and other services will be available instead of going outside for another appt.

Everything. Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful employees. I absolutely love Barbara Austin. She never rushes me in my visit and always has my best Interest in my treatment

The office personnel are kind, helpful, and professional. They make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Jansen is patient, professional and allows you time to ask all your questions. Dr. Stevenson is equally as kind and encouraging.
