What do you like about our office?

Everybody's very nice. It's clean, quiet and calm without feeling like a sanitizer station. My doctor and nurses listen and take my concerns seriously. They explain things to me, and I appreciate that. I want to know what is going on and sometimes answer really is "nothing yo worry about", but because they explain my tests and results, I know that when it could be something to worry about, they will follow through until they know for sure. That matters to me.

The staff & doctor were nice, courteous, helpful. The only problem is how long a patient has to wait before the doctor actually comes into the room for the patient.

I love Barbara Austin and Dr Stevenson and all of the staff at Baptist Black creek. I love the way they take good care of me which is why I travel 30 minutes to get to their office.

The staff are warm, friendly, helpful and just so pleasant. Many times it is not even me they are going out of their way to help, I am just lucky enough to witness it.

I will always recommend anyone to go to this office for the best care possible.
