The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The waiting area is pleasant and roomy. Physicians and NPs take time and listen. I have been a patient in other practices but Baptist Health has been the best experience. It is so nice to have so many services available in Fleming Island.

The office is very clean. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant. I always get my questions answered promptly and I have never had any issues trying to get an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, I never have to sit and wait for more than 10 minutes, if that, to get called back. And most of all, my doctor, Dr. Jansen is the very best! I couldn't have asked for any better. He is very thorough and compassionate. I never feel rushed. He treats me as a person and not just another number. I love that he has a very strong sense of faith and really cares for his patients.
