The Dr. I’ve been a patient of Dr Jansen over 25 years. He is a great Dr. has taken good care of me and my entire family. He was the reason I came to Baptist. Heather Gall is also a great physician assistant. I have seen her many times and she has taken great care of me. She took care of me even I had a really bad upper respiratory infection, and last when I had Covid for a second time. Her attention to detail, and concern set her apart from others. She is awesome! Quick responses. Always friendly and compassionate. Takes patient's seriously and considers thier point of view when diagnosing and prescribing. Doesn't always immediately hand out meds, but gives homeopathic advice while tests are running.
When I have my doctor's appointment at your facility, it is always a pleasure to be greeted and cared for by your professional, friendly and courteous staff.
The attention and care gien to me by the staff, doctors and PAs is always consistent and very good. They all listen and seem intent on improving my health.
Dr Stevenson has always been there for me she listens she finds a solution to my problem and she's always there when I need her she is an asset to Black Creek primary Care

I love my Doctor..Dr. Stevenson , the care team is wonderful..but I must say since a few are gone it’s.100% better I was thinking of leaving but when a few left the office is far more pleasant. I have always had a good team of doctors and aprn's at this office. they work very hard to fix my health issues and that to me is what a doctor's office is suppose to do. If I send them a message they get back to me pretty quickly.
