Everyone from start to finish is personable. I never feel rushed, I’m able to get an appointment timely with either one of the nurse practitioners or Dr. Jansen. They really make you feel heard, address your concerns and referrals are handled promptly. It’s a great office!
Efficient, friendly and great people
The office location is ideal, clean and bright. The personnel are pleasant and friendly. I've never had to wait or more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Jansen and Mrs. Gall are very thorough, take plenty of time with you. I have never had any complaints with this practice.

The experience is always smooth and professional with the Baptist Primary team for me. This visit in particular the staff was very accommodating for some tight scheduling and got me in last minute which I appreciated very much.
It was my first time seeing Dr. Stevenson and I was beyond impressed by her. Dr Stevenson was patient, kind and easy to talk to - paired with her thoroughness and professionalism it was a great visit that exceeded my expectations. I’d kind of given up on a good health care providers- I feel like the industry in general is profit focused, not patient focused - Dr Stevenson gives me hope.

I like the whole atmosphere from the time you walk in and greeted with friendly staff, wonderful doctors and very professional. I feel like they care about me and my medical needs. I like the way they go the extra mile for everyone who comes in the office. I will see staff running to the front door and then see they saw someone who needs help. My doctor listens and makes sure I am happy and understand what we need to do and why. You cannot get better than the Black Creek Baptist Office.
