Have been longtime patient of Baptist Primary Care and have never had any issues with services.. I used the internal app. “My Chart”” to communicate questions I may have and will receive an answer the same day. Also “My Chart” maintains your medical history which is important when you have to reference meds- dates of appointments - dates of illness & surgeries when having to fill out other forms from other offices that are not in the Baptist network. The staff is courteous. Medical assistants in Dr. Jansen’s office are professional, actively listen and very compassionate. The office is efficient at problem solving and executing tasks important to the patient. The office itself is clean and organized. The office location is conveniently in the same building as many of my scheduled tests, further minimizing patient burden.
