Waiting room was so light and clean looking, that was my first impression. The staff was so friendly!!
I was so impressed with Heather Gall, I’ve never had a nurse or doctor that was so informative and concern about my well being!! I had two visits with HCA primary care , I’m now with Baptist so that goes without saying what I thought about them. Looking forward to my next follow up visit.

Everything! The 2 receptionists are wonderful and helpful. All the nurses are great and we have seen 3 of them so far( sorry I can't remember all the names). Finally Dr.Busch-Doble is very professional yet likeable@ i feel very comfortable with her. As one who was spoiled with 30 years plus with 2 primary care doctors in q practice I now feel I have found my doctor!

The front desk, ladies were quick to greet and take care of business. The nurse was very kind and personable. I didn’t feel like a number being rushed through with the box is checked off. I was received well. The doctor does spend a lot of time with you, seeking to get to the root of the problem instead of masking it with medication.

The ladies at the front desk are always polite and courteous.Lynn Medical assistant is kind, engaging, and professional. Dr Stevenson is very thorough and caring. She has a genuine concern for her patients and their well-being and it is apparent.I trust Dr.Stevenson with my life.
