I'm very upset that we were billed $84.00 for rental without being informed in advance. Had I know this I would not have had our tank filled and would have contacted other vendors. According to your call representative, a letter was sent but she said "so far no one has seen it". Additionally, when I called I was asked if I would like a call from management - still no call! You will be loosing my business.

We’ve used Eastern Propane/Superior Plus for our propane needs for several years and they have been very reliable. Their office staff and service personnel have always been very helpful and kind. We’ve opted for the ease of going automated. Our propane tank is monitored so there are no worries of running out of propane. Eastern/Superior immediately sends an email and text when they have serviced our home. They also leave a detailed invoice that reflects the date the funds will be drafted from our account. I would highly recommend Eastern Propane/Superior Plus for your propane needs.
