Mathnesium has a very simple way of teaching complex Math concepts which helps students easily understand and apply them for problem solving. Teachers are well trained and consistent. My middle school kid who otherwise hated Math enjoys learning in Mathnesium. Flexible timings are a unique feature which allows busy parents to work around their office schedules without compromising the tutoring hours.
My girls love going ro Mathnasium and I have seen a real difference in their confidence when it has to do with math. As part of the Classical Conversations homeschool community, I have been highly recommending Mathnasium. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford it, especially with multiple children.

My two kids have been going to Mathnasium for over a year now, and we absolutely love it. The staff and atmosphere are incredibly positive, and the quality of learning is truly unparalleled. Our absolute favorite is Ms. Dorris—she makes my kids feel so comfortable and confident that they actually prefer going to math class over watching a movie 🍿. My kids are thriving here, and I can’t recommend this center enough to parents and kids who want to build a genuine love for math.
We love Mathnasium and have been with them for almost three years. When we first started, our kids were mostly motivated by the rewards and snacks (a great bonus!), but over time they’ve become intrinsically motivated as they’ve seen the benefits in their day-to-day life and in their math classes.
Marzena and Konnor are wonderful and truly care about helping kids improve their skills. They are always flexible and understanding when we’ve needed to move sessions around (when possible and without disrupting the groups), which we really appreciate.
We would recommend Mathnasium not only for kids who are struggling in math, but also for those who want to challenge themselves and build confidence

My son has been going g to Mathnasium Clayton for over 3 yrs. He likes the set up and the teachers: He has shown improvement and mastery in math. Linda is easy to work with when there’s a schedule conflict. They mostly go closer with school curriculum, even though we like him to stay ahead in some units.
My sons have gained exceptional math skills from the Mathnasium program. The staff is great and I really like that Mathnasium caters to each individual child's needs.
Mathnasium of Mill Valley has always been responsive to my daughter’s math learning needs. The individual tutoring she has received has not only improved her academic performance greatly, but has also changed her whole attitude toward math. It’s now one of her favorite subjects at school.

I really appreciate that work is completed on paper (vs. devices) and that there are incentives for successfully completing worksheets making the experience more fun. While I like seeing the session summaries and progress reports, those emails don't give me a ton of info about how my children are actually progressing. I would appreciate a more in-depth review of their math journey, including their particular strengths and opportunities. Thank you!
Good tutors, conducive environment and ease of appointments. Would appreciate a third class per week at this price point.
Mathnasium has made such a positive difference for our child. The personalized approach really works, and the instructors take the time to meet students where they are. Ms. Linda stands out for her patience, warmth, and ability to explain math concepts clearly. Our child feels more confident and motivated, and that alone speaks volumes.
