Boy, did I luck out when I discovered Northstar Bicycle. I live in the big city. I approached two local bike shops who carry Park Tools to source a couple of pieces. Both declined to do a special order. When I went online, I found Northstar Bicycle. What a difference. And talk about under promising and over performing. My order (sourced from the warehouse in Toronto) arrived three weeks before anyone expected. And I was able to support a regional British Columbia bike shop at the same time AND avoid defaulting to Amazon. Big thank you to all the folks at Northstar Bicycle Company in Cranbrook. The web site works well and the prices are competitive.
Product selection is also good since there are some products on offer that some other retailers don't sell.
Products arrived as advertised.
The only thing that I would like to see improved is made some more updates when the shipping is delayed or if a long wait for shipping is required. However, saying that, the customer service was quick to reply when I inquired about my order. So for this reason I still give full marks.
