Drew was beyond professional. We were packing for a trip so we had left and went to breakfast and he let us know when he was almost done to come back. The carpets smelt fantastic and clean. We have a corgi so he tends to make the house smell a certain way, upon entering the house it went great. Drew was polite and on time. Will get this service done every 6 months hopefully. I have used many carpet cleaners in the past, but Zerorez seems to be a step ahead of others. Appointments were fast and available. The cleaning team was on time. Never had a carpet cleaning team use shoe covers or corner protectors. Very impressed with that. Even better, this is a Niceville company. I like to use local business when I can. Terry and Victor were excellent workers. Got right to work, answered all my questions and the carpet is very clean. I didn’t think they could get out several stains from our dogs, but they did. I will be calling Zerorez again.

Zerorez is very professional and a good value.
They cleaned both our carpets and our tile to where the areas looked like new.
My husband was especially happy with the tile, which he laid himself and was concerned that
some of the long-term stains wouldn't come out. Zerorez was able to remove all stains.
