We were amazed that stains are now gone we had thought could only be removed by replacing the carpet! Our technician, Jarrett, was on time, friendly, efficient and professional in every way. It was wonderful to have fresh clean carpets without any odors to activate my allergies to most cleaning products. We have already recommended Zerorez on Google and Facebook to our contacts.
