Received excellent, friendly service. My husband has dementia, and I have had to learn so much about running our household. The delivery person patiently explained everything I needed to know to restart our pilot light and run our gas logs. Even showed me what I needed to know about the tank and let me smell the gas so I would know what I would experience if we were to have a leak. Also showed me how to read the meter so I can reorder before the tank runs out.
So grateful for the kind care I received from this company!
In my opinion service is everything. Recently I had an issue with Superior Plus/Carolina Energies. On that same day a regional manager (Randy) contacted me and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I am extremely impressed with the company's responsiveness. I will also add that for the six years I have been a customer, the overall service has been fine. The delivery drivers are professional and courteous.
