The propane service is very good, but if you have a problem, you will no likely get an answer or a person that can provide an answer.
I think they work to keep prices as low as possible. They inform me when bad weather may cause outages so that I can be prepared with alternative sources since I am medically dependent on power.

I am able to request & pay for services online. I always request a phonecall so that I can put my dogs up, so their will be a safe environment for the driver and my dogs. Always within just a few days of delivery I have my tank filled. I have a long winding bumpy driveway, and the driver is able to back up the driveway perfectly! Automatic delivery I never have to concern myself with running out of fuel for heat, hot water, ancd cooking. They have serviced me since 2007.
