I like being able to quickly speak to knowledgeable and helpful people when I call. No long wait time for service and response. They have a small town feel. I left my former propane company because I always had difficulty making contact when I called and difficulty communicating with them when finally getting through. Seems that as companies are bought and sold to larger companies they get further removed from and impersonal to the customer.

Service was great, propane tank put where it is most easily out of the way but able to be accessed for refills, Fireplace works great. Really appreciated the senior discount and first time buyer discount as well as a good price on the propane. Very satisfied with the staff and the service.

I love that I know exactly what day my delivery is on because I have dogs and can make sure they are put up on that day. I changed propane companies because the previous one couldn’t give me a specific day they’d deliver!!!
