Greg Lane did an excellent job of responding to my concerns. I had a bad experience with Lumber River Propane when they removed my wireless tank monitor without notifying me. Greg reached out immediately to hear my concerns and refunded me the $250 fee I had to pay for an emergency gas refill. Greg was very professional and responsive. I appreciate everything he did and as a result I will remain a customer. Had it not been for Greg and his sincere concern for me as a customer, I likely would have switched companies.

All of it. You do not make exorbitant charges for the tank. You clearly work to hold propane prices down. You have nice service people and respond quickly. No muss, no fuss, easy-breezy. We're fairly new to our house, this is the first propane/vent-less fireplace I have ever had and we love it. it heats the house if we want. (our place is kinda one big room) SO I foresee using it for lots of years and having a competent, fair propane company is a comfort. Keep up the good work.

Well I don't need to call in when I need services they monitor my tank so I never go with out so far....when I do make a call to pay my bill they are very friendly and courteous polite 😉
