We moved here from Virginia in late February. Prior to the move, I contacted LRP to set up an account and was treated with professionalism and courtesy from the staff on day one. Once we got settled in, we scheduled a leak test. Jeremy came out promptly and performed the check as well as answering some questions I'd had. We are very happy with the service thus far and have have no complaints.

I like being able to quickly speak to knowledgeable and helpful people when I call. No long wait time for service and response. They have a small town feel. I left my former propane company because I always had difficulty making contact when I called and difficulty communicating with them when finally getting through. Seems that as companies are bought and sold to larger companies they get further removed from and impersonal to the customer.
