The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. Every teacher has a different style which helps develop my capacity to adapt and I always leave the class having learnt something new.

The small class sizes, and how there are dedicated spaces mapped out for mats so we get enough space. The instructor was also so welcoming!
I love Catherine’s yin yoga in Castleknock every Sat morning. I am a senior and prob oldest in class. She gives me a lot of reassurance and a hearty welcome.
