I wish I had gone here sooner. I've been looking for a nice yoga location and I loved the room with all the space and lots of people there. It wasn't what I had been expecting.

I usually attend reformer pilates with Maria (UJ).
She's just amazing, skilled, pay lots of attention to each of us and remembers everyone's name (which is not easy, I guess)
The energy she brings to the class is outstanding.
Her classes are a pleasure to attend—the funny touch she brings helps you get through the hardest training.

I love going to yoga flow in Castleknock and definitely would recommend to a friend. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is very good and a nice place where to practice.
My only small complaint is that some teachers are too slow in the class and it doesn’t seem much like a yoga flow, I’d love to have more quick movement and really flow during the class.
One of my favourites teachers who are more likely to guide a yoga flow when are Allan, Lia and Gracie.
