Fab class as per usual but would be fab if floors were cleaned regularly as I usually leave with dirty socks and spent most of my class staying at somebodies nail clipping under my machine and grossed me out tbh

Natural bright sun lit studio , with dresssing rooms showers & an array of fantastic teachers , who bring to their studio, professionalism , passion, knowledge & friendliness! The hot yoga is a feast for the senses !! Would have no hesitation in recommending this studio 🙏🧘♀️🙏
Roisin is amazing - her friendly, engaging and knowledgeable approach to the flow yoga class really helps make me feel like I'm part of a community and I look forward to attending and feeling the benefits of my practice. There is also a great mix of different ages and genders, and different levels of skills and this inclusive aspect is a breath of fresh air.

I've only used it once. The initial class was good. The space is really nice, as are the changing rooms. The girl at reception wss very helpful.
Fantastic Pilates teachers. Love Dearbhalla on Wed and Thurs and Maria in Tuesday, they are unbelievable.

I think it’s a great studio been there a couple of times now and the teachers are great and they kind of help you if you doing the wrong poses which is also good
