Rob gave the most incredible workshop yesterday. The studio was set up beautifully, appealing to all the senses. There is plenty of parking outside and it was very easy to find.

Amazing yoga classes and the instructors are fantastic, so energised after each session!
The reformer Pilates classes are a great addition to strength and conditioning training. Each class is different which aids motivation. Plenty of times and slots available to suit everyone’s schedule. Teachers are attentive to form and very professional.
