Dara S subbed for one of the restore yoga classes and she was excellent!...not sure if she is has classes at another yogahub but would be great if she had classes in Blackrock.

I love the classes and the space, but instructors have been changing a lot over the last while and it has been making it hard to stick to a schedule or a routine.

Every class I have been to has been excellent. The space is beautifully curated, and the staff are professional, efficient and approachable. Classes always start on time and never run over.
I like the variety of classes offered as well as the volume. There’s always a class on no matter what day or time I happen to be free and want a class to try
The variation of instructors, which means there’s something for everyone. I do prefer some classes taught by some people, and will avoid others.
Clean and helpful instructors
All your staff are so nice , I train with Roman , not only is he the best reformer trainer , he remembers everyone’s name and is s helpful and so friendly. Name removed . Dara on front desk so kind and helpful too .

I find them challenging enough but open to all levels. I appreciate always having options. I also like the pace, not too slow but not too fast

Quality, Instructor, staff, location
Lovely studio run by amazing staff. There is a real inclusive vibe in Swords YogaHub, I’ve made lots of new friends across different ages and back grounds. There are so many different types of classes that you will find many that suit you.
I’ve recently started mat Pilates which is tough but the results are amazing. I feel so much stronger and flexible.
I won’t miss my yoga practice either it’s my go to for feeling good.
I would recommend anyone to try YogaHub Swords.
