excellent class the teacher is very patient i have a back injury and the reformer class is really helping with my posture and building up some balance . Really enjoying each class im not great at all of the moves but getting better each time and theres no pressure

What do you like about our services?

I like the Phibs studio for numerous reasons: 1) small and intimate studio so less confusion, 2) really amazing Yoga teachers! Elaine, Nikki, Chris, Alan, Silvio, Maider, Rohan, Brian - my all time favourites, 3) a few good workshops, although for more I go to Camden st. Then the basic stuff such as, studio is very clean, and everyone is very nice.

The gentle flow of EVERYTHING!!! From the time you enter to the time you leave…..also Lisa H on a Sunday evening is AMAZING…the perfect level of push, sweat and energy…she makes everything ok if your a yoga master or a beginner…fab fab fab.
