I love the program and have noticed increased strength over the course of the last 4 weeks. The 20-minute sessions are perfect and work well with my other weekly workout routines.
I have been a member for approximately six months, visiting twice a week. During this time, I've noticed significant improvements in my balance, reduced stress levels, and weight loss. The coaches are exceptionally knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions about diet, personal goals, and exercises to do at home. After each session, I leave feeling invigorated, with a boost of energy that lasts throughout the day. Overall, the experience leaves me feeling great, both physically and mentally.
Coaches are wonderful and were very accommodating when I had some physical limitations for a period of time. Scheduling is very flexible. Workouts are great!
