this studio has a great view, but I was impressed the most was the cleanness of the mats and the studio.

I do have some feedback about your studios. It was too hot for me to do a class for many months - the class before would leave the room boiling hot - don't think there is enough ventilation. it was almost like Hot Yoga (ugh)...and I had to stop coming to class for that reason. This included the Sun centre but also Kits Beach. I'm not a fan of heat though.
Windows at the Sun centre could use a cleaning on the inside - there are spider webs and dust etc. on the inside ledges.....(noticed this when i was getting a drink of water) ;-) Otherwise I would of course recommend Semperviva.

Its rare I feel like I walk into a very kind and comfortable atmosphere when I walk into businesses. The entire staff there I interacted with was extremly warm welcoming, kind, and easily likeable. I was there for a yoga teacher training sampler class and Sara (cant remember her last name) was a great, fun and enjoyable teacher, I actually didnt want to leave the sampler class because I felt so calm and enjoyed my time so much during the session. The welcoming staff overall (and of course the info given about the class) convinced me to sign up for a class in January 2018 that im very excited about. I could have easily picked any yoga studio to join for a class but Semperviva really made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Excellent, friendly teachers and staff, great space.
It's a small studio - which is not really the problem, but the mats are too close together. It's not a good experience to have a foot in your face at the end of the day.
Loved the class with Syma!

The staff were incredibly friendly! The yoga studio on Granville Island was also beautiful. It felt like we were escaping the busy city and stepping into a quiet oasis. Loved the complimentary tea too! Thank you.
The experience was nice and fell in line with the things I am working on in my own life. Yoga is not one of my physical exercise regimes and other than that, I did have a good time.
Clean, friendly, open warm inviting rooms. I really like the large windows at the Kits beach locations.

Worrier to Warrior by Lisa Dumas was raw and monumental for me! Her wisdom, skills, exercises and prompts spoke right to my heart. I have tried countless therapy, treatments and workshops none have touched my soul like Lisa. I have a new fan of Lisa and hope to seek her knowledge at upcoming classes, workshops and retreats. Thanks for the opportunity to host a safe learning environment.
Loved your room at Granville and the instructor led a wonderful meditation
Better acoustics, in the meantime instructors could be reminded that their soft, beautiful and often melodic voices do not reach everywhere in the room, especially when clients are on their back with their ears facing away from them.

The instructors, you always feel stronger, relaxed and educated after a class.
