Love the studio feel, teachers and classes. Unfortunately I just started a new job downtown and I can't make it back to Kits in time for classes most days so needed to cancel my membership!
The instructor Natalie was excellent.

I love Kits Beach studio, it's open and airy, the staff are super sweet - my only issue with it is sometimes there is no moving air and it gets really stuffy - I choice not to go to hot yoga so when the studio gets really hot and stagnant it is hard for me to enjoy the class

Helpful and positive
I have had two classes at your studio. The first one was Sunday night at your Centre location (yin). I was thrilled I was given it as a comp class as it was my first class. I had my second class tonight at your Sun location (again yin). In both studios the staff behind the counter were fabulous - they were welcome and enthusiastic about the studio.
I think it's wonderful that you offer a $39 intro pass for the first month and the $110 for the next two months (if I take 12 classes in my intro pass). Great motivation for me to get into a routine. I'm thrilled you have 4 studios for flexibility. I was also happy you offer 10% off the Genestra products with a pass. I like the open-hearted generosity of your studio offers (tea in the welcome area, free mats, free bring a friend). I'm going to love being a part of your studio!

your location is super clean , spacious and the view is just beautiful. Your staff is super friendly and helpful AND to travel without s mat and find a lulu mat as your studio lays is really appreciated!!! GREAt work!!!
Clean, professional, great service ad the right balance of mind and body. To date, yoga instructors have all been well trained and it shows.
We are discouraged from taking our belongings - bags, etc. - into the studio. Although everyone likes to think that the yoga community is above stealing, nevertheless I would feel more comfortable with lockers.
The room, although pretty overlooking the water, has pillars which disrupt ones view of the teacher.
And, although obviously not something you can do anything about, I wouldn't recommend the studio for after dark. The fact that the university is no longer there makes it feel isolated.
It's a great studio!
I would like to suggest though that if there's a training, there should be enough or ample time for trainees to leave (not rushing) before the regular yoga classes start. Also, to avoid crowding in the hallway or something.
More washroom cubicles perhaps?

Locations, instructors are friendly and welcoming, variety of time slots, within walking distance for me. Focus of Sessions changes - like that !

The teacher was great and studio room was big and spacious. Staff were lovely and store has some great stuff. Would be nice if the toilet and shower were in the change rooms!
Great location, good variety of classes offered. Only draw back is parking but for people in the area not a prob

It's smaller then the others and it's the closest to where I live.
Entranceway is always very crowded. Carpets sometimes smell in studio and mats are often cramped closer than in other studios.

Yoga teachers, please keep the volume of your music low! I often cannot hear what the teacher is saying.
