Everyone is very well trained on both the services as well as customer service. Every step was explained to me and I was offered options to choose from re: oil change. That truly means a lot to me as I have an older car. The bottled water was (for me) the refreshing cherry on top!

The service every time I go in is great. Very friendly customer service and they keep you informed on any work they are doing right before they do it, so you know what's going on at all times. I really enjoy going to this Lube X-press, other than it being close but they are just a good place to get services done on you car.
