Well, it’s super convenient, they are very thourough. My technicians Anthony, Brian, and Joe were all very helpful answering all my questions, they were friendly, respectful, and so kind. They took their time to show me what they were talking about and explain everything completely in layman’s terms. I am an older woman and that meant a lot to me, not everyone does that. I needed inspection and oil change, they took care of that and found my cooling system needed flushing and showed me how they came to that, got that done. So, I had reached my budgets limit. My Edge is 18 years old, so they recommended fuel system flush to clean up her guts, lol and help her run stronger and smoother. Kinda like a tune up. So, I’m gonna go back and do that next month, plus power steering fluid was really dark and they’re gonna fix that problem as well. Also, I was recommended a good local business for new tires soon. It was a very positive and comfortable experience and I appreciated them all very much. Also, it was nice to see they all got along really well and seem to be happy with their choice of employment.
