I've been going to this particular location on and off for about 4 years for my oil changes, and registration inspections on my truck. I use Royal Purple oil and hence being my own oil and the filter. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. This particular visit, I would like to commend Isaiah for going above and beyond while performing my oil change. He saw something was off with the consistency of my coolant and recommended a flush. No other tech has ever said anything about my coolant in any visit. He stated it should have been changed maybe 2 or 3 oil changes before. Thank you Isaiah for finding and rectifying this before it became a bigger issue.

Julian Faulkner and Jaime Arriaga were both knowledgeable and accommodating. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided helpful, respectful suggestions on what should be replaced. I never felt rushed when deciding whether to change my air filter, which I truly appreciated.
They were genuine in their recommendations and even took the time to inform me about what to expect and what services may be needed at future mileage intervals.
